Idyllic Bali is both a physical paradise and a place of almost mystic spirituality. The Balinese have managed to keep a native optimism and sense of sanctity about their rich culture — despite the fact that this Indonesian island in the South Pacific is often overrun with travelers. But Bali is blessed with much more than a benevolent spirituality. Simply put, Bali is one of the most beautiful places on earth. It has breathtaking beaches and steep mountain slopes, terraces embroidered with green rice paddies and lush vegetation.

After picking up the car at the airport we were free to explore paradise, and as you can see we are not kidding. Marian really got in to her snorkeling and i really got into my hammock. We loved the middle of the island with its still active volcanoes and cool mountain air, great waterfalls fantastic people, we were invited to a family house for lunch see pics, and just relax relax and relax again.
